The state of your nervous system will profoundly influence the contents of your thoughts. Fight energy can sometimes skew how we see people - especially online where we can't see their face or hear the tone of their words. Of course if someone was overstepping a boundary anger would be healthy, but sometimes anger from being triggered means we're not so rational or good at seeing things as they are.
